It is mind boggling to think that exceptional Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Riesling can be produced from one locality. This 2009 offering is exquisitely fine and restrained, displaying lime, green apple and chalky characters on the nose. The palate is concentrated and refined with lush sweetness (54 g/l) which is brilliantly counter balanced by the racy acidity leading to an extremely long delicate finish.
