We also collected the Chardonnay Trophy with the Neudorf Moutere Chardonnay and we scored a double gold and runner up for the Riesling Trophy with the Neudorf Moutere Riesling . NZ wines showed exceptionally well, but were robbed of the top spot by a Shiraz from South Africa. Talk about deja-vous
It is time for our new releases – Neudorf Moutere Chardonnay 08 along with the Neudorf Nelson Chardonnay 08, Neudorf Maggies Block Pinot Gris 09 and the Neudorf Tom’s Block Pinot Noir 08.
Nice write up in the Air NZ magazine….Bob Campbell is asked to name his favourite Chardonnay .. it is indeed Neudorf Moutere Chardonnay but he goes onto to say the Neudorf Nelson Chardonnay is “serious Chardonnay at a sensible price, stylish with plenty of weight and citrus fruit flavour, lovely mouth-filling wine with tantalising complexity.” He makes the comment you can drink this wine young with a clear conscience. The Moutere you put down for five years.
