Mapua Wharf: Love it. Jump off the wharf, eat great fish and chips from The Smokehouse, enjoy a beer from the Golden Bear, a glass of Neudorf at the excellent Jellyfish. Just next door is The Appleshed with one of the best restaurant views in New Zealand (and good food). Or try Rimu Wine Bar with one of the best selections of our regions wines. Boatshed Cafe: Lunch over the water. Brilliant food. Try “trust the chef” and my favourite zucchini and goat cheese bruschetta. Daniel Monopoli is in the kitchen and he can cook fish ! One of Neudorf’s favourite eating places. Take me there



Moutere Artisans: Our tiny village is home to artisans of clay, grape and wood. Neudorf Gourmet Mushrooms, Jonathan and Susan Pine's wonderful Neudorf Olive Oil, Katie Gold and Owen Bartlett are ceramic artists in the village and of course there is great wine from seven local vineyards and beer at the oldest pub in New Zealand – The Moutere Inn. Each Labour Weekend Sunday we have an open day where you can find out what happens behind the farm gate. Take me there

The Mussel Inn: You cannot go to Golden Bay without experiencing a handle of Captain Cooker (manuka) beer and a bowl of chowder at the Mussel Inn in Onekaka. Great band spot as well.  Take me there
